BT Asset Management SAI S.A. investment management company, member of the Financial Group Banca Transilvania, has been present in the Romanian capital market since 2005. The company contributes, directly or together with its parent company, Banca Transilvania S.A., to: increasing the level of financial education, increasing access to financial products, investments in the Romanian economy, digitalization of the non-banking financial sector, increasing the savings rate in Romania. The investments made by the funds managed by BT Asset Management SAI S.A result in the development of the capital market in Romania and implicitly of the issuers listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Consistent with its values, BT Asset Management SAI S.A. aims to: (i) direct fund resources also towards investments that promote, among other things, environmental or social characteristics or a combination of these characteristics and (ii) sustainable development of the company's activity through: increasing efficiency, employee development, compliance with the regulatory legal framework, improving the internal regulatory framework.
