First purchase (subscription) of fund units

In order to become an investor in a BT Asset Management investment fund, you must initially purchase at least 1 fund unit.

The initial purchase of fund units is made through:

• 100% online through the BT Pay application, section Investments
• 100% online through the Salt app. The funds distributed through Salt Bank are: BT Bonds, BT Euro Bonds, BT Index Romania ROTX and BT Technology.
• signing the Intermediation Contract / completing the adhesion form, at any of the Transilvania Bank agencies in the country or at the headquarters of BT Asset Management, Emil Racovita street no. 22, Cluj-Napoca, followed by the transfer of the amount in lei you wish to invest and subsequently, online through the BT Pay or Salt application (Individual), respectively through the BT Go application (Legal Entity)

On the Membership Form or Payment Order the number of units of fund purchased is not specified.

No subscription fee is charged for BT Asset Management funds. All subscription operations for BT Asset Management funds are carried out from the bank accounts of the investment account holders, opened at the Distributors: Banca Transilvania and Salt Bank, respectively. No bank transfer fee is charged. Orders subscription recorded in the network distribution of Banca Transilvania and Salt Bank are transmitted to the investment management company, BT Asset Management SAI, through the IT applications implemented between entities.

In any BT agency

In the case of subsequent subscriptions of fund units, made by bank transfer, including electronic, for investors who at the time of joining the fund have signed and for subsequent subscriptions, it is NO longer necessary to complete and sign a form, investors being obliged to complete in the "Explanations" section of the payment order the identification data (Investment account number opened at the Fund, name of holder/authorized person, fund name) starting mandatorily with the investment account number.

In case of improper completion of the payment order, BT Asset Management assumes no responsibility for any delays in the allocation of fund units. The issue price at which the subscription takes place is the one valid for the operations of the day on which the money is recorded in the Fund's collector account.

BY RECURRING PAYMENT

In BT Pay or in any BT agency

This is about the BT Direct Invest recurring payment service. Activation of this service is done 100% online through the BT Pay app or at any BT agency. You can choose to invest in any of the investment funds managed by BT Asset Management, distributed by Banca Transilvania. You can choose to invest monthly on any day between the 2nd and 28th. The payment will be made starting from the month following the one in which the setting was made. The minimum investment is usually at least 50 RON, 25 EUR/USD, but you can choose any other amount greater than the mentioned values. That's all. You just need to make sure the money is in your current account on the payment date.
